Delivering ambitious climate action and simultaneously ensuring continued progress on sustainable development and poverty eradication require countries to adopt integrated and holistic policies. To turn this into a reality it is necessary to make finance flows consistent with a pathway towards low GHG emissions and climate resilient development.
