Bernard Massabo is an engineer from the french Ecole des Ponts Paris Tech Engineering School. After graduating, he has been working for the private sector at international level. He joined fifteen years ago the Local Authorithy Nice Côte d'Azur Metropolis, on the urban planning and development side. Since six years, he has been apppointed General Secretary of the Euromed Cities Network.
