Kristin Lang, Head of Division, Latin America and the Caribbean – Public Sector, European Investment Bank Kristin Lang, CFA, is heading the division covering the public sector in Latin America and the Caribbean within the Global Partners Department at the European Investment Bank.  In her over 20-year career at the EIB, Kristin has worked in a wide array of matters including: capital markets, securitisation, climate action and the evaluation of operations.    She is a graduate of Columbia University (M.I.A) and Georgetown University School of Foreign Service.
