Ana Lucía is a climate change and transparency specialist with a strong background in public, international and NGO sectors. She has a track record of designing, implementing, and managing climate change projects with a focus on transparency, sustainable development, and transport. Previously she led the implementation of Costa Rica's transparency system, collaborating also in the submission of reports to the UNFCCC and participating in the UNFCCC negotiations as a transparency negotiator on behalf of Costa Rica. Currently Ana Lucía works as an international consultant specializing in transparency and public policy, leading the implementation of the project IAA6 as part of the team from the CPSU.
