Mr. Antonio Garcia Celda is a MSc Computer Engineer and BSc in Telematics by the University of Valencia in the years 2010 and 2012, respectively, and also he is MSc in Systems and Services in the Information Society. Antonio is a member of the research group LISITT (Integrated laboratory of Intelligent Systems and Traffic Information Technologies) since the end of 2008. He is an experienced manager in national an international projects, Innovation, R&D, Technology Transfer, EU Programmes in ICT, especially in Mobility, Smart Cities, Sustainability and Climate. Currently, he is working in Valencia municipality as a General Director of the European Green Capital of Valencia in 2024.
