Head of Strategy, Analysis and Auction Department & Centre for Climate and Energy Analyses (CAKE) at The National Centre for Emissions Management. He has 20 years of experience in the EU ETS, climate & energy policy and sustainable development. Serving as a government expert during negotiations of the EU Climate & Energy Package in 2008 and its implementation since 2009. Robert Jeszke is co-author of the architecture of the financing mechanism for climate protection in Poland - Green Investment Scheme (GIS). Polish national expert for evaluation of policies and measures nominated to the UNFCCC Roster of Experts. Member of the government delegation at several COPs. He participated in various workgroups and taskforces dealing with environmental and climate policy, economy of climate change and emissions trading systems. Coordinator of several LIFE & HORIZONs projects. Editor-in-chief of the Report on the CO2 market monthly published by KOBiZE since 2012 and the publication GO2'50”. Author and co-author of several publications dealing with the emissions trading and climate policy issues published both in national and international magazines.
