Vivi Yulaswati is the Deputy Minister for Maritime and Natural Resources of the Ministry of Planning/Bappenas. She has been involved/lead in the design of Indonesia 2045, Just Energy Transition Partnership, Food System Transformation, Low Carbon Development, Blue Economy Framework, Blue Finance, SDGs Road Map, SDGs Bonds. She holds a PhD in Planning and Development from University of Southern California (2004), Master in Urban and Regional Planning from University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA (1999), bachelor from University of Indonesia (1991);.
