André Granda is the youngest Prefect in the history of the province of Pastaza. He has a degree in Political Science and International Relations, a Master's degree in Political Analysis and a Master's degree in Public Policy. He is Founder of the provincial political movement SEMILLA, defender of human and nature rights and promoter of equity and equal opportunities for indigenous peoples.
