About
Emmanuel Andrin holds a degree in International Affairs from Universidad del Salvador and is a Master's candidate in International Economic Relations from Universidad de Buenos Aires.
He has been working for more than 10 years in the Argentine public sector and has extensive experience in multilateral forums related to multilateral economic and financial negotiations. Within the international agenda, he is responsible for representing the Argentine Ministry of Economy at the G20 Infrastructure Working Group (infrastructure financing) and the G20 Global Partnership for Financial Inclusion (digital financial inclusion and SME financing).
In addition, among his functions, he provides advice on sustainable finance for the development of the representation to the G20 Sustainable Finance Study Group, the Coalition of Finance Ministers for Climate Change and the International Platform for Sustainable Finance (IPSF). At the domestic level, he provides advice for the coordination of the Technical Roundtable on Sustainable Finance and other issues related to bilateral relations with other States.
