Katie is the Head of M&E and Content at South Africa's Presidential Climate Commission Secretariat. In this role, Katie leads the monitoring and evaluation fuction of the Secretariat, tracking South Africa's progress towards a just transition. Katie also oversees the production of publications from the Commission. Katie has worked at the intersection of climate and development for more than 15 years, both internationally and in southern Africa. Katie holds an MPhil in Energy and Development Studies from the University of Cape Town and Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering from Wits University, Johannesburg.
