Qiang Zhang is professor at Department of Earth System Science, Tsinghua University. He received his Ph.D. in environmental science and engineering from Tsinghua University in 2006. From 2006-2009, he worked at Argonne National Laboratory as a postdoc. His research interests include development of global and regional emission database, emission mitigation from global infrastructure, regional air pollution and health impact, and co-benefits of air pollution control and GHG mitigation. The emission datasets he developed have been widely used in scientific community. He serves as Science Steering Committee member of GEIA and ScenarioMIP, and co-editor of Atmospheric Chemistry and Physics.Qiang Zhang is professor at Department of Earth System Science, Tsinghua University.
