Duncan has over 20 years experience working on food, diets and the environment. He is the Global Strategic Lead for Food Systems Transformation at Forum for the Future, Chair a Eating Better and senior Advisor on Sustainable Gastronomy for the Barilla Foundation. He is also the founder and CEO of Nourishing Food Systems, a small independent consultancy advising on food systems to policy makers, coporates and civil society.
