After the Master's Degree (2013) in Agricultural Sciences, Andrea obtained a PhD in Soil Chemistry (2017) at the University of Turin (Italy). During his PhD, he spent 8 months at the University of Colorado Boulder (USA). Since 2018 he is a freelance Agronomist. He is orking as Project Manager and Researcher in different projects, such as the European LIFE projects SU-EATABLE LIFE and LIFE CLIMATE SMART CHEFS led by the Barilla Foundation, the Horizon Europe project SWITCH led by the Euro-Mediterranean Centre for Climate Change (CMCC), and national R&D projects led by Corintea Soc. Coop. mainly focused on the digital and sustainable transition of the agri-food sector. He is the author and coauthor of 10 scientific publications in international peer-reviewed journals.
