Timo Leiter is an international expert on adaptation to climate change with over 12 years of experience on adaptation and international development. He has been advising several governments on national adaptation planning and its monitoring and evaluation systems. Based at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), Timo has published widely on adaptation policy, monitoring and evaluation in scientific journals and authored numerous guidebooks for practitioners. Timo is a lead author of UNEP’s Adaptation Gap Report and a contributing author to the IPCC’s Sixth Assessment Report, Working Group II on Impacts, Adaptation and Vulnerability.
