Vera Kellen is a Programme Manager and Policy Officer at the european Commission's Directorate general for International Partnerships. She has a a Masters of Science in Environmental Technology and International Affairs with six years of experience managing global, regional and national programmes on climate change and disaster risk management. Before joining the headquaters in brussels, Vera managed the climate change and ocean governance portfolio in the EU Delegation in Liberia.
