Ms. Surabhi Gupta is a General Manager in Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and joined SEBI in 2002. She is currently posted in Corporation Finance Department and handles matters related to Corporate Governance, ESG ,  Regtech/suptech and supervision of disclosures by corporate entities. Before this her portfolio involved handling of matters related to Credit Rating Agencie. In her current role she has been instrumental in framing the recent framework for sustainability disclosures by listed corporates called the BRSR. She is currently a part of working Group between India-UK on ESG related issues and IOSCO Sustainable Finance Task Force.
