Jean-Francois Soussana is a Research Director, Vice-President for international policy and executive board member at the French National Research Institute for Agriculture, Food and the Environment. He is also a member of the French High Council on Climate, which provides independent advice and recommendations to the French government on the delivery of national climate policies.
