The COP28 EU Side Events Pavilion is located in the zone B3 of the Blue zone. Once in zone B3 (accessible with Blue Zone accreditation only), make your way to Building 34. It is on the ground floor of the pavilion next the Spanish Pavilion. The building can be found next to the Bulgarian and Nigerian buildings.
