Kristina has a PhD in mathematics with a focus on algebraic graph theory. Since obtaining her degree, she has worked extensively on machine learning algorithms and applications both in a public and a private sector. She is currently affiliated with the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission where she works on machine learning applications focused on NLP. Her current focus is mostly on the spreading of disinformation within the EU and network analysis.
