Senida is seasoned development economist and policy adviser. She has more than 23 years of experience in banking, access to finance, business and HR development, University teaching, government and legislative experience, with expertise in: Good Governance, Public Service delivery, Public Administration reforms, Public Finances, E-governance, Digital transformation, anti-corruption, gender mainstreaming, sustainable development and sustainable finance, ESG With a diverse background in both the public and private sectors, central and subnational level she has a rich history of serving in key roles as: Deputy Prime Minister, Member of Parliament and Municipality Council Member in Albania; several Supervisory Boards positions in private banking, public and donor-funded projects, working closely with EU Delegation in Albania, UN, Development Banks (WB, KfW, EBRD) and Developing Agencies of Switzerland, Sweden, Austria, Germany, France (SDC, SIDA, ADA, GIZ, AFD). She served as Chair of other Government and International Donors Projects Committees, working closely with EU Delegation in Albania, UN, Development Banks (WB, KfW, EBRD) and Developing Agencies of Switzerland, Sweden, Austria, Germany, France (SDC, SIDA, ADA, GIZ, AFD) Actually she is an International Consultant with the focus in Sustainability, Development finance, Business Innovation and Digital banking, Good Governance and Public Administration and serves in some International Non- Executive Boards and working with International Institution and thinks tanks, such as: Ø Member of the European Commission’s High-Level Expert Group (HLEG) on scaling up sustainable finance in low and middle-income countries, working with DG INTPA and DG NEAR Ø UN SDSN Western Balkan (United Nations Sustainable Development Solution Network) Leadership Council Member Ø International Advisory Board Member of ALDA _ European Association for Local Democracy, (Strasbourg, Brussels, Vicenza) and Athena School of Management, Mumbai, India Ø International Consultant for the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities and the Centre of Expertise for Good Governance at the Council of Europe focused on enhancing the quality of local and regional democracy in member states and neighbouring regions, SDG localisation and Green Public Administration Passionate to work in the biggest challenges of our time, helping Governments and Politics to respond effectively to the diverse and disruptive economic, social and environmental challenges to improve people’s life, achieve sustainable economic growth and decrease inequalities, youth and women engagement and leadership, digital innovation, scaling up sustainable finance, uplifting SMEs Business Economies, ESG and SDGs. She holds a MSc in Management, Business Administration from Tirana University and a Diploma in Banking from “ProCredit Academy” Frankfurt am Main, Germany. She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a postgraduate diploma in “Political studies and Leadership” from Council of Europe, The George Washington University- Centre for Excellence in Public Leadership and SDG Academy Diploma in “Macroeconomics for Sustainable Planet”.
